    There are areas that I'm not happy with. There are areas where I am happy with. I put more emphasis on winning than how we looked winning.

    Un/Happy is an emotion and shortlived. Critical analysis/opinion of areas of development is not. Winning is great but that doesn't gurantee future success. The waning years of Les serve as a good example.

    I not only played HS football, I was a player/coach for a flag football team that won the city championship. I should be the next OC.
