Cruz, 44, was the valedictorian of the 1988 class of Second Baptist High School in Houston. He went on to Princeton, where he graduated cum laude in 1992 with a degree in public policy. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1995.

My takeaway from this thread is that there is a presidential candidate who graduated from high school in 1988, like I did. He's even three months younger than me.

My mind is blown now.

 

Gen X is now running for President. This day was sure to come. I have him by a year though. I am an ageist. I will not vote for someone younger than me.

 

Don't get old and you won't ever have to worry about it.
