The MWC is not your run-of-the-mill non BCS conference. They have more than held there own in OOC matchups and bowl games in recent years.

According to CBS sports, TCU's strength of schedule ranks #75, Texas ranks #30, Cincinnati's #42 and Boise State #92.

Alabama's strength of schedule ranks #4.

Most of the top 10 would be undefeated playing a schedule like TCU's or Boise State's.

However, I think TCU deserves a shot. I think they'd lose, but they still deserve a shot. We need a 4 or 8 team playoff.
