It's far less than the number we've killed as collateral damage. The homeless veteran's issue has nothing to do with this. It's a convenient distraction for the same people who send chain emails and post on Facebook about the newest way that gangs are killing people or raping women. If America wanted to help veterans, we would. Time after time politicians strip away funding for assistance. The best thing we can do as a country is to stop creating veterans to begin with.
