It will be a long day of TV and commercials, so we plan to keep it going most of the day. We are starting off light with:

    For brunch\lunch mid-day snacking
    Green Chili Casserole
    Julio Chips'
    Salsa Caliente
    Shiner Dunkelweizen

Pre-game meal will be Fajitas, Prawns Veracruz w\Arroz Amarillo, salad and Grand Gold Margaritas.

During the game we will have Mexican Layered Dip and Nachos (I use Jimmy Dean Bold Country Hot Sausage\Ground Sirloin, refried beans, jalapeƱos, black olives, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, Don Pablo Seasoned Chips and Pace Chunky Salsa). For those who prefer brew we will have more Shiner Dunkelweizen.

Co-hosting a party tomorrow night at a bar on the beach called Coconut Joe's. Doing a $12 all you can eat appetizer buffet with the worlds best Coconut Shrimp, Oysterms, pizzadillas, nachos, and the other usual apps. Should be a good time for all. Sucks that its cold here and wont make for a good time on the deck.

My youngest son (18) is having about a dozen buddies over for a SB party. I think they're having cokes and all the Frito's, chilli and cheese they can eat.

Prolly some nachos and salsa too. They eat salsa by the bucket over here.
