Suckling Hog

    For future reference when we do a small one like that I make a rotisserie type deal with 2 racks from an old grill or oven. Just put the pig on one, lay the other one top and wire it down tight. Very easy to handle and flip it without worrying about tearing it all up.

    Sounds like a plan. Thanks.

    In fact, about to get another large Old Smokey pit. Instead of throwing the grill, I'll keep it. That way the grills can be tied together and I can just flip them.
