Quit bitchin' LSU Stud. If you have any doubt you can't go, don't get in the lottery. If something bad happens like my grandmother dying (God forbid), the 150 I'm out will mean nothing to me. Also, if you get a ticket, you can't even give it to another student from what I understand. I love how fair this system is. If I don't get picked, I'll take it like a man.
I'm not worried about not getting picked, what I'm trying to say is that there is a good chance I will be able to get into a suite for the Sugar Bowl, but I won't know that for at least one more week. I think it is stupid that if I enter the lottery I won't be able to sell the ticket, or even give it away for that matter.
LSU Stud, I understand your situation more, but it still doesn't change anything. How do we keep people like you from getting screwed, but keep scalpers from selling tickets? The system is fine the way it is.

Hey Mister Educated, those costumed whores you're talking about bleed more purple and gold than any fan alive. They sleep in their cars when they travel on the road. What's the matter with a few students dressing up in costumes for games? If I remember correctly, dressing up for LSU games is something many LSU fans in the yesteryear did regularly. It's Tiger spirit pal, something that other people have more of.
LSU Stud ... If you get the suite ticket and a student ticket, why not just let someone you know buy your student ticket from you, but have them get into the dome with your suite ticket and you get in with your student ticket. Then you can switch once you get inside.
Two things: 1. As much as I dislike TigerEducated, I dislike the media whores more. I will say this, though. I know some of them, and they are good people. I just don't think costumed equals more spirited. 2. springtxtiger has a great idea. Good thinking.
i read somewhere earlier today that the student tickets were in the 600 level which would suck big nah-nahs......however, my roommate called the ticket office today and asked them and they said that they didnt know yet......so i dont know.......
