Well I SHOULD'VE KNOWN the focus would end up being "BULLYING." This is THE most overused term on the lips of the parents of kids in the public school system right now, trust me. 15 years ago it was "504" but this has supplanted it. The dad is so clueless cause even if his son WAS being bullied, it was not by the cops telling him to drop the knives.
