Someone posted a temp solution which might stop the cursing and idiocy. Make the tickets available to upper classmen for the next few games and/or have Les or Dorsey or Flynn make a recorded statement asking them to stop.
i know what you're saying, but drinking and the band are things that normal people enjoy without messing them up. it's kinda like sex. there's nothing wrong with unless you're from arkansas and you're having it with your sister. just cuz a couple of tennessee fans take liberties with a cow doesn't mean the whole world should stop getting lovin. btw i like having fun with comparisions.
Those solutions make sense. But having the band stop playing a song that has absolutely nothing to do with the cursing makes no sense.
 I have no problem with people drinking at LSU games. I don't want LSU to ban(or be more strict on) drinking. I was simply saying the "Mother argument" doesn't hold water. Just because you don't act like an a$$ when your drunk doesn't mean other people won't. I never said I wanted it to be this way, but it is.
But maybe they feel that if the song wasn't even played, the immature people in the stands wouldn't act like a$$clowns. A temporary fix, if you will. I say put a couple cops there and if they spot/hear someone yelling obscenities, remove him. Log his name, ID #, and ban him from LSU athletic functions. Make an example out of a few of them. ...show no mercy to those type people. In the long run they only ruin a good time!
But it's about as fair as tightening up the drinking enforcement just because there are a few drunks. Why can a few ruin it for everybody in one case but not the other? It is what it is. :hihi: You may have to hit CTRL or stop your pop-up blocker. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/vi...deo/2007/09/25/CFTG_Ep4_LSU.SportsIllustrated
