And when LSU finally has enough and the members of TAF start threatening $$$ then the students will learn how bad it can really get. LSU is going to end up pulling tickets. Also to the person saying that LSU football games are for students I offer you this. Grow up! I graduated (from LSU) 2 years ago and now I'm a season ticket holder. My donation to TAF and the purchase of my tickets is why they have games. It is not because of 3000 bumbling students who think "**** you spurrier" is clever or original. :po:

Are you kidding me? College football isn't intended for college students?

That's not what I said. Show me a quote where I said that. I was actually responding to the poster that said it was only for student which simply isn't true. I believe it is for everyone. I watched many games in the student section while I was in school and I'm now a season ticket holder. My point is that the $$$ is coming from the TAF Contributers and not the students like a previous poster stated.

EDIT: I read my other post and I messed up Gimp. It was supposed to be "games are JUST". I apologize.

there you go. you said it is for TAF members and the fact that you buy tickets, not 3000 students.

It is why (as in the ability) they have games however I corrected myself in my post above you.

Right, COLLEGE students. Not JR high nerds that think they're cool because they said Phuck.

Well over a hundred years of football at LSU now, and this group managed to be the 1st to forget how to act in public. The "old farts" on this board we're students once. And they managed to consume large quantities of alcohol on gameday (trust me, you youngsters are lagging in this department too), and act at least somewhat civil during the games. If you really think college, and life in general is about yelling phuck, and making d!ck jokes, you still ave a lot to learn.

Why?!!? Because they have class? Because they aren't acting like @$$holes on national TV?

Yes, it is a priveledge. The University has the power and ability to revoke tickets from anyone they please. Meaning you don't get in. In other words, it is a priveldge granted to the students by the University.

Those students are the cause of the song being removed, not the "sanctimonious" old farts.

Trust me, it is entirely possible to be young, have fun, and act stupid without chanting obscenities in unison in a sold out stadium.

Unfortunately, this is a battle you will never win. Just ask SabanFan.:hihi:
