Man you must have a big pot if you're cooking 20 squirrels in it.

Oh and I don't care to clean them either. Used to be upset if I didn't get 6-8 a hunt. The only hunt I made this year, I started walking back to 4 wheeler after 3rd but ended up shooting another. After the 4th I quit hunting.

When you cook the, try this, you'll thank me. After you brown them and add water to cook them down, add half a can of cream of mushroom soup. It won't lighten the gravy so don't worry about that. It will thicken it and give it a flavor that blends well with the squirrels. Great with wild rabbit too.

yea i always put mushroom gravy on them plus a couple packs of lipton onion soup mix. I also cook them for an hour-hour and a half in the pressure cooker first when time is short. gets them real tinder and cuts the cook time on the coals by a lot. Which sometimes I want them to cook the full time on the coals if thats all I am doing but with the hay ride, kids there, prob be grilling some deer burgers for the ones that wont eat the squirrels(wife wont let me tell them to just starve then) so I will be bowed up so time will be more imprtant this time.

Another quick pass got 4 more which should be all I need. Only had a few minutes today too had a big pumpkin carving evening planned with the kids. My boy wanted a Spider-Man, daughter wanted an Elsa, and since we had 3 pumpkins did a deer on the last one. My freaking hand is cramped as hell. No pic of the squirrels but here's the jackolanterns. All that cutting just to let em rot.
