    It doesn't have to be for the same sport. When you commit a major infraction in one sport, the entire athletic program is placed on notice. A major violation in another sport during a 5 year period can get you labeled as a repeat offender and the penalties get tougher.

    Don't know if we are in that 5 year window. Not sure if it's 5 years from the last infraction or 5 years since we've been off probation.

    First of all, F that dude. Second of all, if the NCAA makes a big deal about this, unless there is something I'm missing, it would be complete BS.
