Why? Most people don't have large enough estates to worry about that. Theft? Taxation is theft? Since when?
I'm sure if you fell into the category whose going to have to pony up 65% you would consider it theft. and no I'm not in that group either, but I can see where a taxation rate to that level is legalized theft.
