unemployment is as high as it has been for awhile now, while corporations are raking in record profits. those dots aren't that hard to connect fella.

right because it isnt that buffet wants to pay more, he wants other people to also be forced to pay more. my opinion is that we shouldnt be forcing people to pay more, or really forcing them to do anything, unless really really really necessary. but yunno, i am a fan of freedom.

also it is good that buffet doesnt pay more, because the things he is buying with his money are infinitely more useful and productive than the things his money would be used for if paid to the government.

If he feels he pays to little into the system then nothing is stopping him from paying more. He doesn't have to wait for the law to change.

    Talk is cheap.

Pure conjecture, and again, worthless in regards to his point.

not conjecture, read the article. he wants tax rates raised on the rich.

again, if he simply wanted to pay more himself, he could voluntarily and his problem is solved. it isnt about him. it is about forcing others to pay.

that is exactly and specifically what he is saying, not conjecture. be better at reading.

Yeah, you're right. Warren Buffett has no idea what he is talking about in regards to money/economy/finances/markets/taxes.

Random internet personality guy has it all figured out though.

That Warren Buffett is a complete idiot.

if you disagree with joker i would like to hear exactly how.

we can certainly find an expert more schooled in finance/taxes/economics than buffet, someone with a nobel prize in economics, who disagrees entirely with buffet. buffet is an expert at investing, not necessarily tax policy.

    Can you answer the question?

If Buffett feels he doesn't pay enough into the system, isn't he free to pay more?
