Well, Obama care does state that those who start to pay anything is at the rate 100% to 133% of the poverty level.

So that tells me that below poverty will get free coverage.

Now, before you jump off the cliff on me, I am not saying this is a bad thing, only an answer to your question.

Do blacks vote for blacks historically. I probably would because all the candidates are blurry to me. Surely they are to most people so why not.

No Jindal is right. “I don’t think that represents where we are as a party and where we’re going as a party,"

I was just answering your specific question.

The following three issues are ones that have no option but being racist issues.

    1. Immigration: The Republican party is for a strong anti-immigrant platform. Seal the borders, throw out the immigrants . . . who tend to be Hispanic.

    2. Gay Marriage: The Republicans need all the help they can get in order to win elections. This involves appealing to the “my religion should be your religion crowd”. Some Republicans talk about Gay people like they are subhuman.

    3. Social Programs: The Republicans never stop talking about cutting Medicaid, Healthcare and Public Assistance programs. The people on these programs tend to be minorities, as the majority of the poor also tend to be minorities. The Republicans hear Welfare is bad, the country hears Black & Hispanic People are Bad.

Wise up and look around. Even Conservatives like George Will have commented on the undue influence of media pundits like Limbaugh, Trump and FOX on the Republican agenda.

    Gays are a race?

No shit immigrants on the Mexican border are Hispanic. Still not proof of racism. Wrong approach, yes.

Explain how social programs are racist? Majority of people on welfare are white.

    I understand the "perception".

My only point is that it is a wrong one, but very real.
