I thought we went to this 4 team playoff thing because the BCS picked Bama/LSU in a do-over? The committee really put a lot of attention on conference champions. The other power 5 conferences will have to royally screw it up.

All of your data points are well explained (probably even better explained) by a lack of effort and preparation. You have to find data that support a lack of talent but not a lack of effort and preparation.

 

I was being serious. I don't know that your point(s) was(ere) necessarily inconsistent with mine. I get the pre-season watch list thing, but to say our D-line isn't talented is ludicrous.

They would put Bama back in. The only way to keep them out is to utterly destroy them and I don't see that happening.
