Thanks...It holds the same amount (15,316). A club area is just under the scoreboard and overlooks the rest. It has food and crap like that for the big-wheels. The biggest difference is the lobby and concourses. It was TOTALLY redone along with a new film room and coaches offices. Every seat was replaced and all are now padded with the A emblem on them. Concessions were re-done...as well as the outside. They did a very good job on this.
Again...Did I say that? No...Quit putting words in my mouth. Like I said, I think our attendance should shape up too. I haven't missed a game in 7 years though :thumb:
Nice indeed. Also, LSU's renovations are really nice as well. Having the same colored seats makes things look a lot better! However, the student section has been moved to the NW corner, which is upsetting.
I hope the seats there are better than the new seats in the PMAC. While they look MUCH MUCH nicer than the old torn seats we had, they provide NO leg room and are pretty stiff!
Actually I havent sat in a seat since the renovation. I sit on a fold-out chair in a level part in the front row, beside the student section because I sit with my uncle, in the handicapped season ticket seats.
That makes me think of something.. The handicap access in the PMAC is really nice now! I am so glad that a lot of thought was put into giving easy access to all areas of the arena, including prime seating spots.
I simply have the best seat in Coleman. I sit two steps from the people with the floor seats (God I wish I could just sit down there for 1 game! Bama's Spike Lee!) and arms length of the danceline and cheerleaders. In the student section. You can hear every word and smack-talk said. My grandparents have had Bama season tickets for 30 years...30 friggin years! They buy my season tickets every year and have been since I was 15. I'm going to be one of those fans 60 years from now that hasn't missed a home game! lol EDIT: Actually I just realized that I am missing the Florida and Auburn games at the end of the year because of the Navy...DAMNIT!
Dont feel bad RedE. Tennessee beat the No 2 rank team in the country today. Losing to LSU is no big deal. Tennessee already knew that.
Oh I know this...In college basketball, anyone can lose on any given night (isn't that right Duke?!). We've gotten ourselves in a whole early but we need to play good down the stretch for a spot in the dance. This team is playing really well dispite Chuck Davis being out for the year. Just hope we win out at home and squeak out another couple road games.
