That's the difference I've found in the white community and the black community. Black man gets killed rushing a cop after committing armed robbery. Hes a martyr. Heralded as a civil rights hero. White college student rapes a girl and barely gets time... We're ready to end him. But, you know... Words.
I don't think that's what MM was leaning towards. I took his post as merely an example of why the 49er guy felt there are injustices, and there are. You're really missing this one. The problem is there's a good chance that same white man would not have gotten killed rushing a cop.
no im not, I dont assume anything what you actually think about it. im pointed out the difference in sentencing and equality. Same as the disparities in drug sentencing in this country. something someone and whoever can protest in this country freely. As people want to act like this inequalities dont happen. dont try to change the subject and put words into my mouth.
Thanks for understanding what I am trying to point and not putting fucking words in my mouth while trying to deflect from my point.
Well then come out and say it. My statement was in regards to to Shane's comment, not so much yours. And I'm still right about it. And you're still wrong about sentencing.
What kind of scale are we talking about? State level? Federal level? Because I'm dead serious about seeing circuit court and county court sentencing most Mondays.
