No. Like i already said, he was Sugar Bowl MVP (1st OSU team to beat the SEC in a while) and Rose Bowl MVP (Oregon). It was just his BCS bowl game vs Texas as a freshman (Fiesta) he did poor in a BCS Bowl. He also did good against in Ohio State's wins both both the #7 and #9 ranked teams during the regular season, so in his 7 biggest games, he did well in 4 and poor in 3, and he also did poor against a crappy Purdue team that cost OSU a loss. Other than the four losses above, OSU was undefeated during his 3 years at QB

on film, Pryor looks much slower and much less elusive as a runner compared to Miller. You don't have to be huge to run on the SEC, look at Manziel

Manziel fits no category. He's a true hybrid. He also doesn't take the clean shots that miller absorbed throughout the season. I give you miller is faster, but urban does not protect his QBs in that system.

Regarding Tyler Eiferst 1st quarter catch on 3rd down: Kurt Herbstreit & Brent Musburger both immediately called it a catch upon video review and clearly stated it should/would have to be reversed.

IMHO"Alabama is tied to these blatant officiating oversights" Then there is Colt McCoy's hit/injury in Texas first drive in the Alabama Red Zone. One is tempted to believe Alabama is afraid to fight especially teams like ND & Texas which had their way with Crimson Tide so many times."

    Then there is your scheduling.

See, now we're into conspiracies and ref tampering and such. Tebow, during the heisman show, sat down with colt and tried to logically explain to him that he had yet to see a defense like the Crimson Tide. On national TV, Tebow goes to the trouble to clearly warn this headstrong lad on the dangers of such an obstinate point of view. Colt foolishly replied that he had played against some pretty good defenses in his conference. So what does this crazy guy do? Tippy toe to the LOS like he was looking for one of his lost contact lenses. Marcell Dareus immediately see's this as an infringement of his space and manhood and proceeded to eradicate such nonsense once and for all time. Turns out Tebow was right.

Pryor has top end speed, just is long-legged. He would beat you by getting to the corner. Meyer is gonna get Miller killed if he keeps making him run between the tackles. Manziel only has one year on his résumé, albeit an amazing one. I don't think he could last 3-4 years at that rate. Tebow is a beast and even he got hurt.

I seem to remember Manziel having a terrible game against LSU that cost the game too. You'd be hard-pressed to find a great QB that didn't have that attribute

Point is, who has any trepidation about hitting Manziel? I guarantee you defenders prepared themselves to hit Cam Newton and Tebow. You run up to deliver the boom and come away taking the worst of it. Given two guys with the same skill set, I'll take the bigger, more durable guy.

I'd jump at the opportunity to hit Manziel. I don't think I'd even let a silly thing like a whistle stop me. I might get benched for the game, but oh, well. SOO worth it.

Tebow was a friggin' tank, and just like you said, even he got hurt. But he took hits a little differently than your typical QB. He played like a damn FB.

Pryor is more like Eddie Lacy, Miller (6-2/215) is more like TJ Yelton (6-2/218)

Keep in mind the size of some of our LBs:
    205 lbs. - Tahj Jones
    220 lbs. - Lamar Louis
    215 lbs. - Kwon Alexander
    215 lbs. - Lorenzo Phillips
    202 lbs. - Debo Jones
    205 lbs. - Duke Riley
