Well, it is the conspiracy thread. I was never a cobain fan and don't give two shits about what happened but I have heard this theory before.
All I'm saying is that anyone who knows anything about drugs can tell you that having rohypnol and enough heroin in your system to kill a few elephants will make it to where you can't kill yourself with a shotgun. Plus the forensics are all screwed up, and there have been quite a few pathologists who have come forward to say they have never come across a guy shooting up heroin and then shooting themself. Why not just OD suicide?
Anyone who knows anything about drugs will tell you that tolerance to drugs, acquired through repeated abuse, can enabled one to cope with it better than expected. Several medical examiners have said that heroin has no ceiling and that he could have killed himself.
And several have said the opposite. Ever taken heroin? While you build a tolerance several medical examiners have stated he had more than anything they have ever seen. Several have also stated that this would have been the first time they had ever heard of anyone with that much heroin in their system kill themself with a firearm.
When Rush Limbaugh went into rehab they were saying he was taking up to 80 oxycontins a day. I don't see how that much wouldn't kill a person, much less that they could get up and do a radio show every day.
So we are back to "who knows?" I've never been depressed or had a suicidal thought in my life. But if I for some reason decided to end it all, I would definitely OD on heroin and just rush to death. Why suffer pain? Who needs a shotgun? But you think fucked up things when you are high. This guy had reported already survived one drug overdose. I can see a depressed junkie deciding to kill himself with a gun this time to get it right and then deciding to take some junk so he wouldn't feel it.
He must have said 80mg a day. Anyone taking 80 Oxycontin tablets a day will have promptly assumed room temperature.
It was also proved that it wasn't a suicide attempt. What the public never knew is Cobain just got put on medication to help his stomach he hadn't had stomach pain in over a year, and he was about to file for divorce and he asked his lawyer to take Love out of his will but didn't get a chance to because he was dead 2 days later.
Eh, my cousin used to take 4 80's a day. I guess one could take 80 5mg's. That's still 400 mg a day, and a whole lot.
i saw it. he had 3x the heroin level to kill a normal human but junkies can have the highest tolerances ever. especially one to his degree. shotgun casing on the opposite side of ejection chamber was interesting. no fingerprints. (cant they test for residue to see if he shot the gun?) Courtney Love not wanting surveillance on her own house was odd but she was up to all kinds of no good im sure regardless his death. so that makes sense. she never told the PI she spoke to and knew where Cobain was the day before he died. not sure why. he wanted a divorce. they had a prenup. his estate was worth half a billion dollars. also the shotgun blast on heroin was the one thing that made me most skeptical. not sure if that ever happens.
