I think they used to be called undercover cops. Been used for maybe a thousand years. Wonder why the left has a problem with this and they didn't have a problem with Obama using the IRS to target political opponents or the machine of government to spy on political rivals.
So if you look at the picture those are not undercover cops. They are in uniform and riot gear. Significant difference especially when they don’t identify themselves or what police authority they are part of. That smells more of a secret police or gestapo. I expect them to be identifiable and part of an open chain of command. They and their superiors need to be answerable to public inquiry. Note they refused to state what organizations they were part of and who they were. They could have brought the National Guard or other units in if needed. This was more like a secret police force. Had Obama done this you’d be going for your guns.
