1. That isn't true.

I watched about 15 people beat the shit of a Dallas man, who is now dead, and so far, no one arrested.

Now, do police have a lot of power? Yea, but there IS a process and it DOES work. They cant just fire and arrest a cop as easily, mostly due to unions and such as I understand.

Its like trying to arrest a mayor. Probably some extra steps vs an average Joe. Just the way it is. Doesn't mean there "is no justice".

  2. As you said, ask Black People and 98% of them will say yes. They may not even know who or what happened, but they will still answer yes, because that is what they have been programmed to think.

  3. There certainly is insufficient evidence to conclude that this was racially motivated unless were all just missing some piece of key evidence. But that doesn’t make it a bad thing to use it as a motivating factor to unite people against racism. Surely no one on this board believes racism no longer exists at all in the US, and surely the looters and violent rioters should not be doing what they’re doing. But if his death can be made to have a positive social impact, why shouldn’t it?

  4. Yes, it is the point that is always ignored. It’s Ok for 15 Angry Black Guys to beat a man to death. There will be no justice demanded. In fact, the plea will be to go easy on them cause Dey wus mad.
  5. Citation desperately needed. There is no law or regulation making it more difficult or requiring anything greater to arrest a police officer. Moreover, I was speaking in general. There are certainly times when ordinary citizens are not arrested for some time, but not when they are this easily identifiable and the proof is is irrefutable. They are few and far between.
  6. No, the 15 men will be tried and convicted. It’s funny that you argue that there will be no justice demanded against blacks after citing statistics indicating that they are responsible for a greater portion of crime than their portion of the population. If they are not being prosecuted for their crimes, then how are they getting all these convictions?
  7. Just what kind of positive impact to you envision from this?
  8. How does looting, burning and killing the innocent create a positive social impact? Sometimes, people die just because they crossed paths with an asshole.
  9. Police unions and lawsuits say hi!

They typically take longer and wait for medical examination before they charge an officer. Its pretty standard unless the cop smashes someones skull in and then pisses on their body.

Its not like this guy was complying and they just killed him.
