As a private company, Twitter has the right to ban whomever it wants and to flag or even delete whatever content it cares to. 2. Section 230 doesn't prevent people from suing platforms or individual speakers for defamatory comments and content trump doesnt understand this, or doesnt give a shit and is just getting ignorant folks like you fired up
It’s clear to many that 230 needs to be updated to include social media that is both a platform and publisher. I am sorry you can’t understand that. We didn’t have social media like this in 1996.
