Twitter should not have intervened because they have not done so in the past. If they are being selective, then that is cause for action. But this is all about lies and bullshit.

 

All this EO is doing is having the courts decide if political speech is to be protected in a public forum.

Twitter backs off.

Political speech gets a carve out for protection.
