So if they edited your tweets to say you licked buttholes and sucked dicks you wouldn't sue them? As a platform they can't be sued. As a publisher they can be.

 

And I think social media is going to be so limited in actual "platforms" that it will force the government to start viewing them as a utility.

Or that they are considered a public forum and political speech gets protected.
