    what do you mean by "responsible"? for having opinions? who holds them "responsible"? why cant they just have freedom of speech like our country was founded on

    that immunity is for third party material! thats the point. twitter, and CNN are both responsible for what they say. they are legally not responsible for things they publish that are from third parties, like for example if they have comments on an article.

    the poresident doesnt know what he is doing, its stupid, convoluted, nonsense and ultimately unconstitutional

    immunity from what? again their immunity is from being liable for things THEY DO NOT SAY

    of course you can! you just cant get them for things you post on twitter. if you post on twitter, even though its on twitter if you posted it, its not their respnsibility. like if you post child porn they dont arrest twitter, twitter is not the "publisher", they are the "platform" for purposes of determing who is to blame for the illegal material
