    How? Why does Twitter get to hide behind special laws And not get sued like every other private business?

    Facebook, handles it right. Twitter is publishing and should be held accountable in the courts as such.

    Well this could be embarrassing. Apparently Justice Kavanaugh wrote a SCOTUS ruling that directly cancels Trump’s EO. As @Jmg noted it’s both extremely stupid and unconstitutional.
