  3. The apparent leading candidate, 6th Circuit Judge Amy Coney Barrett, is a New Orleans native. I think the only SCOTUS member Louisiana has had to this point is Edward D. White.

  6. Not sure. I know he's on Pelosi's "evil white men who's statues must be removed from the Capitol" list.
  7. I think Barbara Lagoa is going to be a better choice. Latino, served on the Florida Supreme Court, and on the Federal 11th Circuit.

    It would be entertaining watching the Democrats do back bends to avoid Pissing off all the Hispanic while not approving a Latino Woman to the Supreme Court.
