The 1977 recording was when Browne was in the same age group as Frey' s son is now. I didn't find any of the two playing the same song at the same age. Here's another one of Deacon. He is like Michael Jordan's sons. You want them to be as great as their dad's but they're just note.
I saw the Eagles perform at Red Rocks outside of Denver in the '70s. They put on an absolutely superb show. With the aroma circulating throughout the amphitheater that evening we were definitely a "mile high".

I know what you mean. Trey Anastasio is really good but when he played with Grateful Dead, well, he's just not Jerry Garcia. There is not another Glenn Frey. That uniqueness is what made these guys great.
