lets not even go down the QB road,weve all been there and it will only result in frustration. this hester situation on the other hand, hes gonna be the starting FB and will most likely get a good amount of carries as well as throws. alley also proved a ton in 04 while jV proved a ton in 03 so its not like there's no reasoning behind starting them
Hester will get his share of carries and stuff, maybe a lot more than last year if he gets the starting nod at FB. And if he is already on the field I suspect he will be much more effective than last year, when many of us knew there was a darn good chance his number would be called for a pass or run when he ran onto the field.
I think this team is going to go on the road and shock the world ... This is the first time in history that LSU has this road shedule. IF LSU can beat AU and Tenn and take an L to Fla that would be huge... JUst beat AU....:geauxtige

OVD's problem (well, one of many) is a short memory. Yes, Hester & Flynn stepped up for one game which I'm very happy about. What about the year & half that JaMarcus stepped up? The freshmen campaign of JV that won us the National Championship? The record breaking performance of Broussard against Ole Miss?
