you're pi$$ing all over my childhood. if you call out karate kid or goonies or back to the future or rocky IV as a bad movie then i may start to cry a bit.
Sad how Rick Astley is absent from what I can tell are some pretty deliberate list in this thread. I will admit that there is a comical release to the dude but seriously, 22 million views? Is it me or is there an accounting for 22 million fags on youtube alone based solely on this, the second most phucked up song ever? If you watched the entire vid, you gotta ask yourself...
Now, this is true because a number of the ones on his list were songs I liked as a teenaged girl. And now I feel like I need my head examined, though I loved "Rock the Casbah" and still do. The number one offender of making my skin crawl on that list if "Lost in Your Eyes" by Debbie Gibson. I hated it then and would probably hate it more now.
They did a national poll, back around 1990, to rank the best hit songs of the rock era and the worst hit songs of the rock era. MacArthur Park was number 1 on both lists. You either loved it or you hated it. Nobody was lukewarm on that song.
That song has 22 million views b/c of the "You have just been Rick rolled" joke that swept the internet a couple of years ago.
