Would be great, but we still gotta hire a couple of coordinator's which I think should define the talent. O has yet to make a solid hire and I am wait and see there. We still have a young, tested bunch. I wanna say shitty hires aside, we play some ranked football next year and make a run to follow that up. I would prefer there were no more shitty hires. We'll see, soon enough
I hope we don’t hire Kevin Steele. I am not on board with that. He was dc here in 2015. It didn’t go well. It wasn’t a talent issue either.
The Fla game may have been our turning point (Fla.’s also, but different direction ). We ended a horrible 2020 season with a a 2 game win streak. We had a great early recruiting season, which could even better with a few OL additions to close it out. We are getting staff changes that most (but not all - Kiki) wanted. I am optimistic that they will home runs. So far Oeaux has successfully re-recruited, Liam Shanahan, Ali Gayle, Neil Farrell, and now Chasen Hines. A lot of + vibes to the start of 2021. Been holding my breath all day on Steel. Though I think he is a good DC, something about Baton Rouge he didn't like. He did us no favors whether on the field or recruiting. Such a dead year with him in the fold
