I think people use these kinds of forums for different reasons. Most, like myself, use them to get information, and get involved w/ conversations about football w/ others that seem to have similar interest. For me, this site was also a way for me to keep up w/ my alma mata w/out revealing to my freinds that I do in fact still follow LSU football (I have a reputation to keep up as a rogue Irish fan w/ an LSU diploma!).

There are, however, several people on many different forums that think very highly of themselves, and actually try to use these types of forums as some sort of podium. You can find them on just about any site, and they inevitably end up complaining about the moderators, or about getting their post deleted. In my opinoin, they are also usually younger posters, although that doesn't mean I'm lumping all "young" posters in that category - just an observation.

I've never had a post deleted here, never been upset w/ a response to any of my post, and have been impressed w/ the knowledge of some of you, even w/ ND football.

Heck if POing grad got you kicked off i woulda been gone a long time ago.

I can be rude, mouthy, cross, irritable, and i am always right.

But me likes me some Tiger Football and thats what it is all about.

And if we all agreed all the time it would be a boring place.

I also married a Democrat so i can have fiery Political discussions and always be right.

I have to admit, I was shocked when I realized it a few years ago. It was FANINMISS that tipped me off, that subtle signature she had, "I am not a dude!", did it. :hihi:

Oh and i belong to alot of other sites and post sometimes but i would call this my home site. I check here every time im on the computer.

Tigerbait, Tig Drop, SEC Bl., USC, But this is the one i startedat way back in early 2003 and even though you have disagreements from time to time it is a great place.

Good lord i even agreed with Tiger Educated on a few things. Can you believe that? !!!!

This has always confused me, and I really wish that it can be resolved. I have never been pissed off by you at all. You have always been one of my favorite posters on here. Yet you have frequently made comments such as those above.

 

I have been trying to piss grad off for months now and I am a Grub. Guess I am gonna have to work harder at it. I hear there is another birthday coming up! :hihi:

 

I'm still here. That's proof that this place is lenient.

Which reminds me. I was on double secret probation a couple years ago for one of my drunken rants. That crap still shows on my control panel. What's the statute of limitations on these things?
