Didnt get to fish near as much as usual mainly bc of the weather but got a few trips in. The days did get to go were some of the best speckled trout fishing I have had in a while.

Gator season has already come and gone and even though the hurricane kinda washed the first half of it out we managed to fill all 4 tags with one being our best one to date at 11'7".

Not sure happened with the doves. Had plenty coming in week before dove opened but they vanished on me this year.

450lbs. prob around 30-40 years old. They dont live as long as some think. All that BS about gators being 300 years old etc is nonsense. They prob dont even live 100 years. morelike 60-80ish years with some getting a little older bout same a human. Size vs age is highly dependent on the individuals genetics, food, and other environmental factors. They grow a good foot a year up to 8-9ft or so then the length growth slows way down eventually only growing an inch or so a year in length but they keep getting wider and girthier at a faster rate. On average a 13ft gator will be roughly 55-60 years old. 14 footer will be 70ish and they are getting really close to the end of life at that point with most dying of old age soon after getting over 14ft other the occasional one that hangs on longer

Nah most of the fish are gone already and the gators really don’t give all that much meat. Have just enough fish left to make it through deer season so gotta just catch and eat fresh for the rest of the year.

I've seen plenty of your threads with pictures of ducks, deer, & fish. Do you grow your own vegetables in a garden?
