I'm sitting on the diversified fund mix that I have right now. My risk profile is lower these days. I think they will ride out a dip OK. I'm holding bonds. I have some stocks that are near stop-loss selling triggers, though. I wish there was a profitable place to put cash.
I've also got a significant amount of money in annuities, not something I would recommend to a young man, who should keep most of his money in the growth game. But when you get into your mid-fifties, you start looking at alternate investments that offer some guaranteed payouts. I've got less time to weather out poor markets.
