There was a bar I went to when I was in school. Falstaff longnecks were 35 cents.

 

I was wondering how long it was going to be before Falstaff was mentioned. Do they even brew that shit any more. The only good thing going for it was that it was better than Pearl.

 

Had a friend tell me one time Mad Dog 20/20 makes a man shit in the yard. Dude woke up the next morning sitting on a riding lawn mower at a strangers house missing a sock.

 

Sounds like some good ole NyQuil. The night time sniffling sneezing wake up on your kitchen floor medicine.

 

My dad told me they had hot schlitz when he was in nam. I couldn't imagine trying to get that stuff down. It is or was bad enough but vietnam hot? Oh hell no.

 

My dad told me they hot hot beer on some Island in the Pacific during WWII. He didn't say what brand.

 

I remember him saying something about Tiger Piss, not sure if that was an actual brand or if that is just what they called hot beer in nam, probably the later

 

I want to say there is a Tiger brand beer somewhere in SE Asia. Don’t know its history.

 

I've had Tiger beer in Singapore. It wasn't bad.

 

I had Schlitz while I was in Nam. The only advantage I had over your Dad was at least we were able to cool it.
