I go where the evidence takes me.

I can not say conclusively that the vote was hacked, however I know things like the fact that ES&S executives have been convicted in the past for bribing numerous politicians, and that the Diebold CEO swore to do everything he could to deliver electoral votes to Bush. I also know that there is only a 1 in 128 mathematical chance that all 7 exit polls in evoting states were wrong.

There is no legitimate reason not to have auditable elections, therefore I have no confidence in electronic voting, and no rational person ought to.

It's you, rather, who are being naive to think that somebody in a position to escape scrutiny will not take it if it benefits him financially. You are also naive to think there are never conspiracies.

you don't get it. if you took the stance conspiracies never happen you'd be correct 99.99999% of the time as opposed to looking like a buffoon as you so often do yet are too shallow to notice.

    Then

I'll wear it like a badge of honor. I'd rather be correct than popular.

If you'll note, on your other current thread, I wished you good luck and a good time on your cruise. That's about the best you're going to get from me right now, Rex. And given the acrimony between us over the last couple of months, you're doing pretty damned good to get THAT much out of me. So don't go pushing it.

    G_man...

Thanks for the well wishes on my cruise.

    I didn't start the acrimony.

Nor do I feel that I did. I'm not pointing any fingers. Emotions tend to run high in a politically charged atmosphere such as a hotly-contested Presidential race. Acrimony sort of emerges on it's own in such an atmosphere. It's the nature of the beast. Now that things have settled down, there's no call for a lack of civility, regardless of our differences.
