How many reverses can you run in a game though? Where you gonna put him? The dude on espn circles him just about every play he's in on wr. LSU isn't really using him like they should I think.
Russell did play like crap... but don't bash him just yet... I want Perrilloux more than anyone else here, but I am still patient enough to give Russell 2-3 more games... Florida scored 16 on them with their GREAT offense... We scored 27...
It doesn't matter who the QB is if you are not going to use him. The #1 WR corp in the NCAA and the only deep ball we throw the entire game was a hail mary at the end of regulation. 3 was in OT, 7 was by the defense and 7 was after a fumble deep in their own territory. The LSU offense was very vanilla and anything but spectacular even in the first half but it sure as hell was better than the second half.
I think I'll go ahead and bash him now. Actually I wouldnt call it bashing, I'd call it observing the obvious. I don't want us to have to resort to Perilloux, because that would mean Jamarcus would have to suck really bad for several more games, and I am not ready to see that.
