I tried not to post in your "Baseball thread" feeling that Tiger nation would find that inappropriate. I can't find your "Track thread, probably just an over sight on my part. Your recruiting thread is in good hands. I enjoy the latest and greatest, very accurate.

I'll just tell you the truth, CNS wants us to stay focused and I'm not sure we are even allowed to concentrate on any outside external issues that could become a distraction. He calls it the process.

But I wish your baseball team the best. I see they are playing Bama this weekend. I'm conflicted today, but tomorrow, Roll on Tigers!!!:miles:

    Contained Chaos Don't we all?

I heard the Bama O-Line got punked pretty bad. But of course, I'm sure we'll hear that it's just a testament to how great the D-Line is. So then I guess the good showing at QB just means that the secondary sucks. . .

One of the color guys on ESPN predicted the top five this year. He had the Bama Crimson team #1 in the land, but he predicted the Bama White team would be # 5. I'm just hoping that's what everyone saw.

If JJ can play pitch and catch with reliability and the running game is reasonable? I move WVU and Ole Miss to the HARD WINS column and think we're looking at 10-2, maybe 11-1. There is A LOT of offensive firepower, a lockdown secondary on defense, talent at ends and LB, with some question at DT (I agree with FH).

If JJ isn't significantly improved and/or the running game is anemic again? I might move Arkansas up to the 50/50 group and be looking at 9-3...at best...

JJ doesn't have to be phenomenal - we've seen this a thousand times, including last year's Bama team. He just has to keep the LBs and safeties honest, and not get sacked so much.

I think we're 12-1, SEC champs, and headed for the big game against the Big 12 champs. But I'm counting on JJ to turn the corner before SEC play. (1 loss is to Bama, but Bama loses to Auburn and Ole Miss, so we beat UF in Atlanta to go to the show (with an awesome SoS)).

    Of course....I could be wrong....

    dudley oops!

I watched the replay yesterday and that's not what I saw. Of course if I were an ESPN color commentator talking to Bama fans that's what I would say. I remember during the North Carolina spring game the ESPN color guys had North Carolina maybe winning the national championship. Uh, OK? One of the funnier exchanges was the one about Boise State, As the argument descended into silliness one kept saying that Boise State would lose two games in this conference. I guess he was talking about the SEC and losing only to Alabama and Florida. I tell you sometimes I just don't know.
