there yer problem right there.

there is an age range where kids these days put their minds aside and allow the daily show to lead them. it makes kids do things like:

1. obsess over fox news being bad.

2. say "it is sad that the best news comes from the daily show and colbert report".

mocking fox news is like mocking matlock. it has a target audience (red state stalwarts and old people). it does its job. the daily show is exactly the same, except it's audience is people under 28 or so that are fascinated with their new critical thinking skills, but havent refined them enough to think without help from a pompous liberal comedy show.

 

dang, i thought i had earned enough perfect spelling cred to be able to throw that out without anyone thinkin i was serious.

(i have only incorrectly spelled two words in the history of this forum. 1 was a proper name i had never seen written. the other was wino, which i didnt know how to spell. the rest have been typos. i dont misspell words. period.)

i like fox news too, and i am not that old, but it is definitely aimed at old people and and flag waving middle americans. and that is cool, i like that. all perspectives (except conspiracy theories) are welcome in my marketplace of ideas.

I can't understand why people either refuse or are incapable of acknowledging exactly what is going on in the world and the enemy we face.
