We've had this argument countless number of times. You are going to hate all muslims because some muslims dislike America. I'm going to hate the muslims that attack US troops/buildings/civilans/etc.

Really? How do you account for all those people Saddam killed during his reign of terror? Does that not count? He killed an awful lot of Muslims. Think of all the Muslims that are being killed by suicide bombers in Iraq. I don't seem to be reading about non-Muslims killing more people in Iraq than Muslims. Weird.

Oh, and for many, being Muslim is a motive, because they feel they are executing the will of Allah when they're killing our troops.

martin, isn't it funny how we can be making assumptions and not even realize it? I'm glad we have people here who can inform us as to what we're exactly thinking with our postings. Very interesting, indeed.

The usual way is to get a tourist visa to the US and simply never leave. Nobody follows up on them. Illegals can get a job anywhere, rent a room, and get a drivers licence. I'm astonished that six years after 9/11, we still aren't tracking and deporting visa violators.

It's time for a secure National ID, fellers. If you don't have one, you don't work, you get no drivers licence, you get no bank accouts or credit cards, and no legal permits. When you have to produce ID, the card will reveal if you are a citizen, a permanent resident, a student visa, a tourist visa, or whatever immigration status.

Once I would have objected that it is a big-brother intrusion into our privacy, but we already have no privacy. We can be tracked by our cellphones, our broadband devices, our internet usage, and our credit card charges. A National ID would not take way much privacy that we haven't already lost, but it would greatly enhance the tracking of aliens in the country and make it difficult for foreigners to go underground here.

If this was one Muslim murdering someone in a botched robbery I could buy your logic. When you have a group of Muslims planning an atack on a US military target it has the markings of radical Islam. When radical Islam is the motive them being Muslim matters.

If we are ever nuked by Muslims, I think we should drop a dirty nuke on Mecca.

The reason being that one of the things Muslims must do to go to heaven is make a pilgrimage to Mecca. We have the ability to poison Mecca with radioactivity for 10,000 years, which means that no Muslim would ever have the possibility of going to Heaven, thus destroying Islam, because if no man can go to Heaven, what is the point?

The Hajj is not required for everyone. It is required for men who can afford to make the trip. Muslims too poor, sick, or penisless to make the trip don't have to in order to go to heaven.
