You underestimate the power of the silent majority.

Perhaps. If they exist, why they are they so silent, do you suppose. Could it be that they don't always agree with each other and can't be considered to be a voting monolith?

No...we're out working our JOBS so we can prop up the rest of society. That is how it's supposed to work...right. We simply do not have the time to cause a ruckus.

I've often wondered what protesters do for a living.
Do they protest on their vacation time, or maybe a sick day or do they get paid by Al Gore?
The Leftist protesters of course, people on the right have to work for a living!

    Give me a break.

Why aren't those right-wing protestors at abortion clinics working? Not to mention the abortion clinic snipers and fire-bombers. Or those right-wing Montana militia kooks protesting against the government. Or Timothy McVeigh and his special kind of right-wing protest against the government. Why wasn't he working? Right wing extremist protestor Eric Rudolph, the Oympic Bomber lived in the woods and held no job. Need I go on?

Extremists on both ends of the spectrum protest instead of working. One side's kooks hug trees and march for peace, while the other side's kooks kill people and break things. Moderates can only shake their heads at the tomfoolery of it all.

    Moderates where?
I still haven't seen you take a moderate stand on anything.
Its all anti-Bush anti-Republican stuff all the time while a Democratic congress has been in power for quite some time.
    Still don't believe it!

Five months? You aren't paying attention if you think I don't take moderate stands. I even take some conservative stands like on military preparedness and gun control. I'm to the right of Dubya on immigration control.

So you are for military preparedness, securing the borders, immigration
    control and against gun control?
Wow we have these in common!

Btw how about that TB patient who was on the no fly list that flew to
Canada and drove over the border?
    Can you say border security?

That's about the dumbest post you've ever written red. You're smarter than this. Give me a break.

I didn't expect you to like it, but it is a fact that there are conservative kook protesters, too. Calling it "dumb" to point this out is kind of a lame response, Salty.
