I think Leak is legit, maybe he should'nt be as high as he is but he should be in the top 10. In my opinion, Ainge has not done enough to be in that list. They have far better players in the SEC that could be on there than him.

I agree totally about Ainge, he didn't play in that many games last year and hasn't proved himself enough to even be considered for a top ten ranking.

From what I've read Ainge doesn't even have the starting spot locked up yet. Clausen has improved a lot and has been looking better than Ainge in the fall scrimmages so far.

If you look at the scrimmage stats, they are about even.

Ainge has far better physical capabilities; He can force a tight throw when needed and has a great deep ball, while Clausen has a relatively weak arm and can't throw anything but short pitch 'n catches. However, Clausen's knowledge of the playbook is unparallelled, he has a better knowledge of what to do and when. There's a decent chance Clausen could be offered a somewhat high-level coaching job by Fulmer after this season.

Clausen might start against UAB because he is good enough to handle weak pass defenses, but in games like Florida and LSU where a good pass game is required, look for Ainge to get the start. Clausen just can't play pass with the big boys.
