I think it's pretty fair. Even with all the Alabama players, I think it's fair. Over the last 75 years, Bama has arguably been the most dominant of the SEC teams. Our ascension has been a relatively recent development, so I'm not displeased with the selection they have on the two teams.
found it. from wiki "Season Punting Average - 50.3 - Chad Kessler, LSU (FBS) 1997 " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_NCAA_Football_records_(individual)#Punting
Consider the source, where its being posted, and who replied. Understandable bias is understandable bias... I got no problem with it.
I don't have a problem with any of those picks. funny to see the difference between the SI picks, with some of the older guys like Gain and Casanova, and then the Fan picks are more recent guys like Faneca and Bailey. I always thought Langham was a pretty good cover guy, definitely one of the better corners in the SEC. Teague was good but not as much as Langham. I think Teague gets credit for being a better corner than he really was based on the spectacular strip he made in the Sugar Bowl against Miami when Bama was supposed to get blown out. just my .02 though
How good is a conference when Emmitt Smith struggles to get mentioned as a RB? I had Emmitt and Bo as RB's, plus lots of other Tigers
