Look Cadillac, I know Don Shula and Wayne Huizenga were business partners before. That is what put him in the position to be able to advise Huizenga to begin with. The opportunity was there for him to endorse a hire which tangentially helped his son. If you think that is preposterous, well, it is not quite as preposterous as a college President and AD flying in a BoT member's jet in a clandestine manner to interview a coach for a position that isn't even open.
Actually, Huizenga met with Jimmah Johnson, Bob Griese, Shula, and Dan Marino and each of them reccommended Saban, except for Marino (he wanted Fassel).
