    oh sorry. I didn't realize you were asking about the cocktail sauce. My sauce is the plain old catsup and horseradish...heavy on the horse.....

    Use both. In cooking, tiga is actually ahead of the curve.

    One glop of ketchup, one dollop of horseradish, one smidgen of worcestershire, and three dashes of tabasco.

    replace smidgen of worcestershire with "splash of lemon juice" and ya got how i make it.

    They certainly are in the South. Official measurements are for our Yankee friends.

    I actually do squeeze some lemon in it, if I have a fresh one. But it works without it.
