Should we now silently root for Auburn?

Do me a favor...Just remember that your precious team lucked out to beat us...You got the W on the scoreboard, but look at how badly we're struggling this year, and remember how easily your little house of cards can be blown down...

As far as the BCS goes I am pulling for OU 100%.

 

I agree with you 100%! Tuberville is one coach in the SEC that I can't stand!!! (Spurrier was the other and he may very well be coming back).

While I always have had a policy of pulling for all SEC teams in postseason, I don't pull for ANY team other than LSU during the regular season.

I don't want Auburn going undefeated. Go Dawgs! Roll Tide!!! (vs Auburn anyways)

 

The great difference between Spurrier and Tubberville?

Spurier had 6 SEC Titles and 2 National Championship Game Apperances in 12 years.

Tubby's had 1 SECCG appearance in 6 years so far.

Spurrier had guys like Bob Stoops and Mike Stoops underneath him, who competed for national championships. Bobby Petrino is fighting it out for a CUSA Championship!

Spurrier went to the NFL's richest franchise and it's most demanding owner, where he failed.

Tubberville would-if he left AU-go to Opelika High School, where he would probably fail and pull a Dennis Dunn with the underage co-eds...

In other words...We hate Spurrier because he whipped the sh!t out of the SEC.

We hate Tubberville because he's a complete and utter tool, of almost the same size, shape, and consistency of Ramah...

 

I don't want Aubarn to win, but I wouldn't mind seeing them win, just so they could all run their mouths before realizing next years team has no talent and would be lucky to win 7 games.

I don't pull for any Big 12 teams. F the conference pride thing. That is so overrated. We compete against the other teams in the Big 12 for recruits. Why would I want to see them have success. I'm about Oklahoma, screw the rest of the conference. If some other Big 12 conference team is playing for the National Championship and wins, how does that help my team. Yeah, the winner might have been from the Big 12, but so what. Just my opinion.

I will admit that I have always liked Nebraska. They have great fans and a great program up until the last few years.

 

I am going to hold my nose and pull for awwburn. I have no love for the tubbettes, but I do want to see the BCS shaken up as much as possible. I keep hoping that one day we can remove the M from NC!

 

Hopefully, AU fans can learn from the examples of others...... :thumb:

 

I don't know, Bamma has 12 MNC's and had been setting the example, and showing AU fans the way for a long time, so I wouldn't be holding my breath, counting on AU fans to learn anything.
