How has Pete Carroll acted badly? I haven't seen him take any shots at LSU, nor anything that looks like whining. All he has said is that he has a good team and he thinks the game they are playing, the Rose Bowl, will have a big impact on the national title, and you know what, he's right! USC wins convincingly, we are having a split national title folks. He is a coach speaking up for his team, that's all. USC AD is another story. He has legitimate BCS gripes, no doubt. He needs to settle it the next time the conferences and the networks meet with the BCS in April. There is no point in hashing this out now. What's done is done and no changes will be possible until next April. The best they can do is have a split national title. So they had better start getting ready for the Rose Bowl. The minute someone in official capacity at USC says something negative or derogatory about what this LSU team has accomplished, I'll come out swinging. But that hasn't happened, at least in all that I've heard and seen. So until then, I have to agree with USC. They got screwed. And I have to agree with everything Pete Carroll has said except for one thing; I think this LSU team is so impressive, I am hoping on January 5th there will be no doubt as to who the best in the land is.

I imagine they don't care about LSU on way or the other. We've never played them. But Saban I would guess they hate.
This surprises me not one bit. In my 37 years on Earth, I have yet to meet anyone from Michigan who wasn't an a-hole. And I've known quite a few. Must be something in the water.
