the Mavericks just traded Antoine Jamison to the Wizards for Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Leattner, and the #5 pick in the draft. Word is they will use one of the players and a pick with some other things to try and get Shaq in the next couple of days. Come to Dallas Shaq!!!!!!!!!!!
The Mavs would probably have to throw in Novitski and Nash along with their own first round pick to pull it off. Stackhouse, Novitsky, Nash and 2 first round picks for Shaq who will be a free agent after next season.
Dallas is probably going to make the deal. Mark Cuban is after an NBA title, and his team is on the cusp of that, but we need a center who can play defense. Go Mavs! And come on to Dallas, Shaq! It's not purple and gold, but we can't have everything, can we?
Shaq is going to be a Maverick next year. They will probably trade Nash, Shawn Bradley, and maybe Antoine Walker.
