Wrong. The same reason a security clearance still doesn’t allow you to access anything you want. A security clearance is a background investigation. The higher the clearance the more you are vetted. Again, you don’t know anything. I had a Top Secrete. It never allowed me, alone, to just read whatever I wanted. A clearance just means you have had x amount of background checks.
